Thanksgiving Extravaganza!

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with the Marshalls in town and our trip to Santa Barbara. The weekend was filled with tons of food, family, relaxation and chasing around two little ones. It is exciting to think that next year we will have 4 little ones running around!! Here are some pictures of our weekend... Charlee was OK with Santa as long as she stayed in my lap!
The girls were covered in candy cane after their successful visits with Santa and loved the little ride-along car in the mall.

Anya treated us to a wonderful day at the spa on Friday...we were gone for almost 5 hours in quiet, spa-like bliss...ahhhhhh

Meanwhile Pops took the girlies to the park and was the best babysitter...he really wore them out as they each took over 3-hour naps!

Amanda, Elizabeth and Chelsea were wonderful during Thanksgivng and kept Charlee entertained

Aunt Janet installed a pond fountain out front surrounded by red-rock clay. Charlee bee-lined for it and her and Gracie spent over an hour throwing the rocks into the pond. Thank goodness Aunt Jenny brought play clothes...the girlies were COVERED!

Dance, Dance, Dance!

We caught this adorable video at Gracie's dance class when we were up North. Charlee is the only one without a tutu as she decided to join the class last minute. At the end of the video Charlee and Gracie give each other a cute hug...and kinda bonk heads. So fun!

Happy Halloween with the Marshalls!

We had a wonderful Halloween weekend with Anya and Pops and the Marshalls. Gracie and Charlee played and played and the weekend was topped off by a fabulous Halloween night. Charlee was a chick coming out of an egg, Norm was a big chicken and Gracie was Tigger. Jenny and I went as pregnant ladies :o) We had 497 trick-or-treaters in their neighborhood...it was a busy night! The girls went to about 20 houses and were very brave, even around the scary ones. Charlee would put her hand out and say "Peas" and then she would take the candy, put it in her bucket and say "bye bye!" as she left. After trick-or-treating we set up a bench in front of the house and the girls LOVED passing out candy and seeing all of the kids. We also got a special visit from honorary grandma Cindy. She brought the girls the most adorable "Big Sister" outfits...pictures will come soon. Save for the lack of sleep, it was a perfect weekend. The bellies- me 24 weeks, Jenny 18 weeks

We carved pumpkins on Saturday and here was the Winnie the Pooh one I carved

Gracie was by far the cutest Tigger!

Norm grew a ridiculous beard so he could be a bearded chicken...it was pretty funny and at least he shaved it later that night!
